- Use lowercase tablename in the SELECT query to correctly fetch its columns
- Fixes the issue flyway-database-yugabytedb : flyway fails after changes in lock table schema #97
- Changes verified with this PR: Pre-create lock table with old schema to simulate a failure yugabyte/flyway-tests#4
